1. only commission/custom if you know you will not refund, i don't want to put hours into an art piece just to get it canceled or a custom to be resold.2. do not claim ownership of my art nor use it commercially without my permission.3. please credit me as the original artist or designer, and mention to me if there is an ownership change ^^ please inform the new owner to retain credit towards me.4. as the artist, i hold ownership over the art, not necessarily the character. do not remove my watermark(s). i have rights to post them or use them to promote myself, but i'll always ask beforehand.5. you can use the art for personal usages, but do not alter the artwork or use it for nsfw purposes. do not use any of my art to train an ai. i will never consent to it.6. if you want to have commercial rights over the art, please pay 1100% of the original price. please retain credit towards me.7. do not: -reproduce the art commercially, -take credit of its creation, -remove watermarks or signatures, or -alter my artwork without my consent.
7a. you can commission someone else for a redesign as long as you keep credit of me being the original designer in some way.8. i have rights to refuse a commission or custom or put them on hold, i have personal reasons to refuse them and it does not required for me to give more details.9. please do not base your character/customs heavily based off of an existing design on purpose, character or oc. especially if you do not have permission. do not ask someone to make you a custom with a design heavily based off of what i have drawn, examples or otherwise.10. you must be 13 years of age or above to commission me for anything, i do not feel comfortable with minors that are even younger.11. if the characters are commissioned as fan art or gift instead of general commission/custom, please do not use it for commercial usages.12. if the artwork was not for commercial usages, do not reproduce it commercially without paying the rest of the price, and even with the payment, please do not remove my watermark.13. if the commission/custom is for a friend, family or significant other, do not request something that may make them uncomfortable.
